Stunning loft style apartment just about 50 steps from the Old Town Square (the very center of Prague) and exactly 107 stairs up the circular stairway to the 4th floor of this traditional Prague Classicist building with no lift (see the pictures below in the "Building images" file). This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment offers a living room with a desk area, fully fitted open kitchen, two bedrooms, a study that can be used as a third bedroom, walk-in closets, an extra WC, 2 fireplaces, and a family room with a kitchenette. The apartment is laid out in such a way that you could share it with friends and each have their own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, etc. Eclectically furnished with antiques and furniture collections from all over the world. Parquet and stone floors, restored original wooden ceilings and exposed beams. Satellite TV and WiFi Internet, DVD Player, Stereo, washer and dryer. Quiet location. Weekly maid service (cleaning and linen). The price is for 4 persons, extra person is EUR 30 per night.

During the High Season (1.4. - 31.10.) and Christmas (23.12.-2.1.) the price is increased.
