Enjoy Prague staying at this luxuriously appointed fully air-conditioned glass apartment. Surrounded with a terrace (70 m2), it features an amazing semi-circular living room with wall-to-wall floor-to-ceiling windows providing a wealth of natural light and breathtaking views over the rooftops and spires of the historic center. The apartment is situated in the middle of the old Franciscan Gardens (former medieval monastery) guaranteeing sublime tranquility while at the same time located in the center of Prague, just steps from the Old Town Square, the river and Prague's main shopping area Na Prikope street. The apartment offers designer furniture, potted plants, and Hi-Tec appliances; a round king size bed, plus sitting and dining area in the living room; fully fitted kitchen incl. dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker; nicely appointed bathroom; a small bedroom with single bed and built-in wardrobes; and terrace storage. All windows with automatic blinds or drapes, floor heating, cable TV, LCD with DVD, and WiFi Internet, washer & dryer, Iron & ironing board. The Apartment occupies the entire top floor of a modern residential building (see the "building images" file) with lift and 24-hour security service. The price includes weekly cleaning and linen service (sheets and towels). The apartment is not recommended for those who want to give loud parties!
