Brand new 2-bedroom split-level loft designed and furnished by Italian architects. Steps from the Old Town Square on Kozna street (see on the location map below). It features spacious living room with sofa bed, fully equipped open plan kitchen plus dining area, 2 bedrooms, both with double bed (160x200cm & 140x200cm), bathroom fitted with shower, toilet and bidet, custom made wardrobes, walk in-closet, parquet and stone floors. 5th floor without lift. Among the amenities are Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV, DVD - Home Cinema, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven. Quiet despite central location. Weekly maid service (cleaning and linen) included. The price is for 4 persons, extra person EUR 25 per night.

Also we offer a breakfast delivery for additional EUR 12 - Menu [see PDF] and grocery delivery [see PDF].

During the High Season (1.4. - 31.10.) and Christmas (23.12.-2.1.) the price is increased.
