One bedroom balcony apartment on the 1st floor of a beautifully renovated Art Nouveau building with lift located next to Riegrovy sady, a large park complete with a traditional Czech beer garden and numerous walking paths. The apartment guarantees a comfortable and quiet stay in Prague. It offers a living room with two sofas (one regular sofa and one sofa bed), dining area, separate kitchen with all the essential appliances (microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher), bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe, bathroom (toilet, bidet, shower, washer and dryer). Satellite TV, WiFi Internet connection. Secure parking can be arranged for nearby. 10 minute walk to Old Town. The price includes weekly cleaning and linen service (sheets and towels). The price is for 2 persons, the 3rd person pays an extra EUR 23 per night, the 4th person pays EUR 11 per night.

During the High Season (1.4. - 31.10.) and Christmas (23.12.-2.1.) the price is increased.
