Fine Baroque Living
The Lázeňská N°4 residence is housed in a renovated Baroque palace 100 m from Charles Bridge & 200 m from St. Nicolas Church. Offering premium holiday accommodation in Prague, the high standard residence has a 24-hour reception area, free Wi-Fi Internet, a lift and parking (subject to availability, at extra cost). Residents are sure to enjoy the palace’s onsite cafe, complete with outdoor seating in the elegant courtyard of the building. Furthermore, the building features luggage storage, serviced offices, a conference room and an antique gallery. The Baroque building has undergone a costly renovation and is a perfect blend of Old World charm and current day high accommodation standards. Many of the original architectural elements have been restored throughout and include vaulted ceilings, terrazzo flooring, a few imposing wrought iron doors, original decorative Maltese paintings in the hall (the palace once belonged to the Knights of Malta – be sure to notice the Maltese Cross above the main exterior portal), evocative archways, representative staircases, restored casement windows, and the original pull bell at the entrance to the palace. There is access to a private garden with seating at the back of the palace.

Serviced Apartment Amenities
The residence is home to 14 apartments (Azalea, Begonia, Calendula, Dahlia, Elderflower, Freesia, Gladiolus, Hollyhock, Iris, Jasmine, Kalmia, Lily, Magnolia, Neroli), named after classic flowers & herbs. Apartment amenities include free Wi-Fi, satellite TV with Internet access, washer & dryer, microwave, dishwasher, parquet flooring, marble & mosaic tile bathrooms and more. The price includes weekly cleaning, full linen and towels, breakfast and 15% VAT.

Top Location by Charles Bridge
The residence is on a cobblestone street, directly off the main road that leads to both Charles Bridge and Lesser Town Square. Lesser Town Square features a variety of restaurants and cafes and the lovely Baroque St. Nicolas Church. Charles Bridge, the fabled Gothic structure, is lined with evocative statues and artists selling paintings of Prague, handmade jewelry, photography, etc. - why not pick up a souvenir or two? Prague’s Old Town is just a quick walk across the bridge. Lázeňská N°4 is next to the handsome Church of Our Lady Beneath the Chain (one of the oldest in Prague with original pieces of the structure dating back to 1158), which also belonged to the Maltese Knights. The surrounding area is full of priceless sights and wonders – just across from the residence is a palace where Ludwig van Beethoven stay (be on the lookout for an information plaque), while Lennon Wall and Kampa Island are also in the vicinity. Even though the area is in the heart of Lesser Town’s beauty and sights, it somehow retains its peace and quiet. The area is full of great bistros, cafes and restaurants – we recommend Cafe de Paris and Cukr Kava Limonada.
