YAMAHA Music School

The YAMAHA Music School offers Prague music classes for babies, toddlers and preschool children. Significant emphasis is put on the development of musical and intellectual abilities of children at this life stage, which is an invaluable asset to their future development. Allowing infants and young children to listen to music, and musical communication, leads to an intense interconnection of the network of nerve cells in the brain, greatly improving skills in areas such as rhythm and pattern recognition, logical thinking, language skills, and more, as research has proven in recent years. Children at the YAMAHA Music School learn in groups according to their age (babies between 4 and 18 months, toddlers between 18 months and 4 years, 4 to 6 years, and children above 6), both together and separately. The focus is on the development of the children's imaginations, and the content of 45-minute lessons are enriched with improvisations and other creative techniques. The YAMAHA Music School offers programs with a long-term concept to improve quality and supply the maximum effect. Children are motivated by the instructor to sing and create music, so parents don't need to feel pressured to have a musical ear or know how to sing well. The courses are held in various locations around Prague, as well as in other locations throughout central Bohemia. Information on the courses taking place closest to your home can be found on the school's website. You can also arrange a free lesson at a selected location.
