As the sun sets and the sky turns a fiery red, the view through the front windows of Bellevue restaurant displays a masterful composition; the glimmering Vltava river flowing gently under the astonishing Charles Bridge, crowned above by the majestic Prague Castle. The glass-enclosed terrace, overlooking the small garden is also a special delight. The inside is glamorously designed by Bara Hamplova and Rony Plesl. The service is discreet, friendly and attentive. High-quality organic ingredients are used to create delicious delights and the menu has an exquisite range of international dishes. You may want to start with the more traditional grilled suckling pig chops with mustard sauce, mild celeriac purée, and stuffed red onion, and finish with the Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee. Bon Appetit.
