Peder Mannerfelt has been at the forefront of the Swedish electronic scene over the last decade. He’s collaborated under the pseudonym The Subliminal Kid with musicians such as Fever Ray, Blonde Redhead and Glasser and remixed the likes of Massive Attack, Lykke Li and Bat for Lashes. In recent years the prolific artist has released three studio albums as part of the experimental classical duo, Roll The Dice. In 2015, Archives Intérieures published Mannerfelt’s second full-length recording, The Swedish Congo Record. Jamal Moss, aka Hieroglyphic Being, has long been a part of the Chicago house/techno scene as both a promoter/producer and DJ. Although he has released dozens of albums and EPs, in 2015 Hieroglyphic Being collaborated with the Sun Ra Arkestra's Marshall Allen, drummer Greg Fox, vocalist Shelley Hirsch, and several other musicians under the name J.I.T.U. Ahn-Sahm-Buhl, producing the album We Are Not the First (Rvng Intl.), which received much acclaim from the underground music press. Gil Delinstro's installation in the foyer will also be a part of this cultural evening. Gil Delindro is a multidisciplinary artist focused on the conflicting relation between ego, nature and technology. Delindro works primarily with raw elements and analogue self-built processes, creating a very physical, direct and strong sound work that embraces both a concrete and unique imaginary land.
